It’s been a month and a half now since having to contact Peaceful Passing Home Mobility Services to help my beloved cat, Sasha over the rainbow bridge. She was exactly two months shy before her 17th birthday. It was an unfortunate but very sudden decision as my cat was declining rapidly and I could not bare to see her suffer any longer. Since it was already evening hours, I contacted Peaceful Passing with uncertainty as I’ve never done this sort of thing before and wasn’t sure it was even legit, but when they responded back quickly with very detailed information about their services, costs, etc and so on, gave me that realization that it was legit. It was fairly prompt than I expected and even though there was a cost for after hours services , it was worth it more so as Dr. Brooke had to adjust her time for an on call appointment to come to my place. The staff are very compassionate and understanding. I recommend Peaceful Passing to anyone having to make that sudden decision as I did.  I cannot say whether it’s pricey or not as it’s very close to the same price as going to an in person veterinarian. I was and am satisfied with their services 100%. It’s taken me a while to do this review … it’s a bit strange to review one of the worst days of my life but I know looking at the reviews helped me when the decision had to be made. I lost my soul cat and it was a devastating experience but Dr. Graham was patient, compassionate and empathetic. She gave us the time and space to say to goodbye and showed us nothing but kindness. She communicated with me before her arrival and helped reduce as much of the anxiety surrounding what was to come as possible. She let me hold him, and reassured me it was the right decision to make. Afterward, communication around his remains was also very good and we had his ashes within a week. I’m sorry for anyone reading this review, who’s facing such a difficult choice but peaceful passing was there for us and I’m so glad for it.

Thank you for your compassion and empathy at such a devastating time. Dr Hooper was wonderful, explained the process well, and was gentle with my girl. We are so grateful to Peaceful Passing and Dr. Suzanne Gallant for the compassion and kindness shown to our family when it was time to say goodbye to our beloved 20-year-old cat, Tibby. Making that decision was incredibly difficult, but being able to have Tibby at home, in the place where she felt safe and comfortable, made an unbearably sad day a little easier. Dr. Suzanne was incredibly gentle, patient and compassionate. She took the time to explain the entire process to us and never made us feel rushed. We all sat together on my bed with Tibby, and everything was handled with such calmness, dignity and care. It was so peaceful, and we were able to surround Tibby with love in her own home as we said goodbye. We will always be grateful to Dr. Suzanne for making Tibby’s final moments as peaceful and loving as we could have hoped for. The service was a true blessing given the condition of our beloved kitty. Not having to put him to another drive to the vet was a relief. We weren't sure of the date because the condition was evolving in his last few days, and the people at Peaceful Passing were very understanding. Peaceful Passing and Dr. Shanna made saying goodbye to our baby boy, Banx (a 12-year-old Rhodesian Ridgeback with cancer) as peaceful as it could be. It was a devastating loss for us, but they made the process easy and smooth. They were very responsive prior to and flexible. The doctor herself was patient and kind and empathetic.
